We founded LA Luxe Styles with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Paypal, and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as "3rd Gen dba LA Luxe Styles".

AFTERPAY - BUY NOW PAY LATER

HOW DOES AFTERPAY WORK?

Installments by Afterpay allows you to purchase in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $200, you pay 4 installments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Installments by Afterpay as long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you will receive your order right away.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

 

What information we collect: We may collect the following information:

  • Name and phone number

  • Contact information including email address

  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

 

What we do with your information: We will NEVER sell your information.  We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.

  • We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided

  • From time to time, we may need to use your information to contact you for order update purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail

  • We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Buyer is responsible for contacting info@laluxestyles.com to initiate return process.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product.

  • No returns/exchanges shall be accepted after 10 days from the point of delivery.

  • In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.

  • Our rock-star customer care team will take care of processing return and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance / Sales items, Beauty Products (Lipstick and Lashes) are nonreturnable.

 

Gift card purchases will be refunded as a store credit. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).

 

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Returning an order that included a free gift?  Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.

 

DAMAGES | WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Damages:  If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.

 

All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. LA Luxe Styles will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.

 

In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.

 

Missing Item From Order | Wrong Item Received:

Any missing items from an order that states was “shipped”, requires a copy of the original invoice and picture of what was received to be emailed to info@laluxestyles.com.

 

Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. LA Luxe Styles will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to info@laluxestyles.com

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items)

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELATION REQUEST

Once your order is placed you will be unable to make changes. Any cancelation requests will receive store credit only if the order has not yet shipped. Requests can be emailed to: info@laluxestyles.com

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. continental orders over $75 (sub-total).  Excludes: Gift Card Purchases.  You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

 

Since LA Luxe Styles is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages, you would need to contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.

 

Gift Cards that are apart of purchase must have additional items that total $75+ to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order requires shipment and does not meet the total of $75+, you will be charged $7.95 shipping fee.

 

LA Luxe Styles currently ships to U.S. Territories. Any additional duty and tax charges for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PRE-ORDERS

Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This allows exclusive access to LA Luxe Styles new arrivals. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.  *Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur*
